Kollywood movie ‘Marudhu’’s star pretty Sri Divya garnered praises for her look in the movie. The movie is directed by M Muthuaiah and produced by R K Suresh who also plays a negative character in the movie.
Sridivya look sees her in simple sarees which are a breakthrough from her previous looks. She looks elegant and the audience gave a thumbs up for her powerful yet elegant look. Her sarees are in bright as well as subtle colours not over the top satisfying the rural taste too. The movie will appeal to the masses as it is set in a rural background.
At a recent press meet, her co-star Soori said that he was “merselled” by her solid performance. The actor Vishal too appreciated her.
Sridivya debuted in 2010 with Telugu film “Manasara” which was a romantic movie directed by Ravi Babu, but the film didn’t fare well. It was followed by “Bus Stop” directed by Maruthi, co-starring Prince, which was successful at the box office in 2012.
She worked in another tamil flick mallela theeram lo sirimalle puvvu, a story of neglected wife who falls in love with a writer much alike a bollywood movie ‘lunchbox’.
“The Hindu” appreciated the actress for her charming and graceful look. The fans are already in love with her powerful and independent character in the upcoming movie.
Her upcoming ventures are Kaatu Malli,her debut Tamil film, and another Nagarpuram. She has also been signed up for the films Pencil and Kaashmora.
