According to online sources, Katrina’s fitness regime includes ab and core exercises like iso-planks, gymming, swimming and jogging. She even does yoga for mental peace.
Here are some effective ”Abs” exercise that will help you to burn the fat.
Bicycle Crunch Exercise:
You just need to mimic the pedaling of a bicycle in “Bicycle Crunch”. To perform this exercise you need to lie on your back and place your hands underneath your head. Bend your knees and pull them closer to your chest while raising your shoulders off the floor.
Bring your left elbow up to the right knee and rotate your body to the left. Repeat this step for the other leg and elbow. Do atleast 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
Side Crunch Exercise:
Lie on your back, bend your knees slightly and turn them to the left, so they are touching the floor. Your hands are crossed over your chest.
Raise your torso by moving your right elbow up as you would perform a normal crunch. Slowly return to the starting position. Repeat 10-15 repetitions on each side.
NOTE: Do not strain any of your body part while performing these exercises.
