‘Bambukat’ 2nd Weekend Overseas Box office collection

Watch 2nd weekend day-wise collection of last week released ‘Bambukat’. Ammy Virk and Binnu Dhillon starrer Punjabi comedy drama Bambukat has emerged out as ‘Blockbuster’ hit and a clear winner among all Punjabi releases in recent times.

‎Bambukat‬ which opened to packed houses in major cities is having a dream run at the box-office. The audience is loving the film. The film’s collection has surpassed all expectations. The film got a opening of Rs 1.38 crores on its first Friday i.e 29th July and with each passing day it gained strong hold over the box-office. It managed to mint approx Rs 8 crore nett in just eight days of its release and is going strong in its 2nd weekend.

‘Bambukat’ Day-wise Earning Numbers Indian & Overseas Market

As no big release marked this weekend in Pollywood so it helped the flick to bag more eyeballs. Not surprisingly it is doing terrific business in Australia and USA. As revealed by trade analyst ‘Taran Adarsh’ its business on Tuesday was ‘HIGHER’ than Friday in Australia. Its grossed $642,079 from North America in its 1st week. The overseas market are turning out to be great platform for Punjabi flicks.

Bambukat had 3rd highest all time opening weekend for a Punjabi film in India after ‘Sardaar Ji’ & ‘Sardaar Ji 2’. It manged to mint an awsum amount till its 2nd weekend and we are sure it will post a healthy collection number in two weeks but its lifetime earning will depend on its 3rd weekend business as two big budget Bollywood films “Mohenjo Daro” and “Rustom” are making their way to big screens next week.

Till its 2nd Friday it minted Rs 9.50 cr from Indian screens which includes Rs 8.26 cr from East Punjab & Rs 1.24 cr from ROI. We are expecting it to cross Rs 10 crores mark from all India at the end of its 2nd weekend business. Its overseas earning are yet to be taken into account and that will easily surpass its 10 days business to be around Rs 16-18 crores.
